Sponsored by family bakers, Warburtons, the Watford African Caribbean Association has organised a series of health education lectures for people of all ages. Ten exceptional guest speakers will deliver learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities improve their health – by raising awareness, increasing knowledge or influencing attitudes.
Lunchtime Lectures take place monthly. Admission is free, no pre-booking is required and the talk is open to anyone on a first-come, first-served basis. The bite-sized lectures will typically last one hour and include a questions and answers session.
